A structured introduction to strength training for teenagers — safe technique, real coaching, and the confidence that comes from getting stronger.
Max 6 Per Session
STR3NGTH For Teens gives 13–17 year olds a proper foundation in resistance training. Sessions are led by qualified coaches, capped at six per group, and programmed around the developmental needs of young athletes — not scaled-down adult workouts.
The focus is on movement quality first: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. Loading is introduced gradually as technique earns it. Teens leave sessions knowing how to lift safely, why each movement matters, and how training supports whatever sport or activity they enjoy.
Just as importantly, teens train alongside peers in a supportive, screen-free environment. The result is stronger bodies, better posture, sharper focus in school and sport, and habits that carry into adulthood.
Loading, volume and intensity scaled to each teen's stage of development. No ego lifts, no gimmicks.
Every rep coached. Teens learn the fundamentals of squatting, hinging, pressing and pulling correctly.
Strength, speed and resilience that transfers to GAA, rugby, football, athletics — or just life.
A positive relationship with training, teamwork and their own body — habits that last well beyond their teenage years.
